STEP 01
Agree the changes and responsibilities
Use examples of the forms, documents and tasks you need. List setup changes, custom development and connections separately, with costs and owners before work starts.
STEP 02
Test the setup and each connection
Check approvals and restricted actions with ordinary user accounts. Test data exchange, retries and failure alerts in a test environment before changing your live system.
STEP 03
Practise, document and hand over
Have your users complete agreed tasks, record remaining problems and approve the changes. Provide instructions and document access, integration ownership and support arrangements.
