Test complete production jobs

ERPNext connects BOMs, production plans, work orders and job cards. Before go-live, run the agreed processes with your planners, stores team, operators and finance team.

  • Plan a job and check material requirements against available stock.
  • Issue materials, record operations and complete production, including partial completion where used.
  • Account for returned materials, scrap or secondary outputs and subcontracted work where applicable.
  • Check remaining materials, work in progress, finished-goods quantities and costs.
  • Test required approvals and inspections; confirm who records each step and approves the result.

Scope the whole agreed workflow

Fullsend's Manufacturing module has no BOM-count cap. Accounting and Stock must work on the same ERPNext system; working modules are not charged again. Select Quality separately when needed. The quote names the complete workflows, source data and acceptance tests. Custom code, machine or tool integrations, historical imports and additional company rollouts are separately agreed before work starts.

Bring a realistic starting brief

  • Explain what you make, how orders trigger production and what currently causes delays.
  • Bring representative BOMs, a completed production record and the reports your team needs.
  • Identify a process owner and the people who will test and sign off the rollout.
