Inspect the data first

We inspect your customer-ready data before agreeing a fixed scope and price. You own cleanup and supply the agreed templates. Internal effort overruns within the agreed scope do not become extra bills.

Prove the setup

We agree acceptance tests, run a trial import, and reconcile the trial and final imports with the agreed source totals. ERPNext print formats and reports use standard tools; custom code is excluded.

Support the launch

Every implementation package includes 30 days of launch support and a 90-day defect warranty, without buying AMC. We fix defects in our own delivered work free of charge. Workmanship fixes do not consume AMC hours.

Month one covers the website audit, measurement and tracking checks, a performance baseline, buyer-intent keyword and page planning, and agreed initial fixes. This setup work replaces the recurring page allowance in the first month.

Website redesign, custom engineering, migrations, advertising, paid links or placements, large product-catalog work and additional locations are separate. Any work outside this plan requires a separate written scope and approved fixed quote.

One shared pool of hours

Submit unlimited requests for the app modules named in your support scope. Support, changes, testing and maintenance all use the same total monthly hours. The plan is not charged separately per app. We agree priorities and track time against the pool.

Capacity you can control

There are no automatic overages and no borrowing from future months. At the limit, you choose whether to defer work or approve a separate fixed quote. Unused hours expire monthly because capacity is reserved. If Fullsend cannot deliver agreed, ready-to-start work, we credit or carry over that capacity.

Critical issues at the hour limit

Critical-incident triage and updates continue during agreed business hours even if the pool is exhausted. Further work to restore service needs an agreed allocation of time. These plans do not include 24/7 coverage or guaranteed resolution times.

Optional, with clear ownership

Cancel before the current paid period ends. The plan price is fixed for 12 months, and new charges require approval. You keep your data, administrator access and delivered code. Major version migrations are quoted separately after assessment.

We classify work by what it requires and explain the scope before starting.

Standard changes use AMC hours

Within covered app modules, settings, fields, permissions, approvals, report-builder reports and print formats use the shared pool. The size of a standard change affects its schedule, not its classification as custom work.

New scope gets a fixed quote

A new custom app, custom code, script report, integration, company, site or historical transaction migration needs a separate written scope and fixed quote. We explain the difference and obtain approval before starting.

Our defects are our responsibility

Fixing defects in our own delivered work is free and does not use your AMC pool. The 90-day implementation defect warranty applies even if you do not take a support plan.

PAYMENT & OTHER COSTS

Agree the total before you commit.

Implementation payments

Implementation packages: 40% kickoff, 40% when ready for customer testing, 20% after agreed acceptance and launch. SEO and AMC are billed monthly in advance. SEO has no separate setup fee. We bill after the written scope is agreed; this website does not collect payment.

Hosting and other charges are separate

Taxes, production hosting, staging environments and any third-party fees are separate from these implementation prices. We confirm and obtain approval for those costs before they are incurred.

The published scope has a fixed price

These prices cover the defined packages. Historical transactions, custom code and integrations are excluded from implementation packages. If your requirements fall outside the published scope, we agree a separate fixed quote before you commit.
